“My Little Morocco” is the first house in our Product Series called Boutique Homes Islamabad. Boutique Homes Islamabad is a Portfolio of homes that were designed with expatriates in mind. These homes offer a seamless experience from the procurement of land to the final move-in and aftercare. 280, Street 16, D12/3 or "My Little Morocco," as we call it lovingly, was built for a couple who had spent most of their lives in the Middle East and planned to retire in Islamabad in the coming years. This particular house was designed to cater to the couple's love for colorful and traditional Middle Eastern architecture. Mrs. Sajida, in particular, had a keen interest in landscaping and required traditional spaces like verandahs and balconies. Additionally, she wanted the house to have lavish entertainment areas both inside and outside. To meet the couple's requirements, our team set out to find a suitable piece of land that would fit their budget and allow for the construction of a well-lit, compact yet luxurious house. After finalizing the land, we began the design and construction process, paying close attention to every detail to ensure that the final product would meet the couple's expectations. The result was a stunning house that seamlessly blends traditional Middle Eastern architecture with modern design elements. The house boasts lavish entertainment areas both indoors and outdoors, making it the perfect place for hosting guests or enjoying time with family.
