This is an unusual site in that the three surrounding sides are open green spaces. Only rear side has a house, affording beautiful views and open green areas on all other sides. However the house is designed for a conservative family where a segregation of public and private is strictly maintained. As a result the house open up to the outside views in a very calculated way. To the front side, only the public spaces open up. A patio is designed between the house and the parking to create a strong interior exterior relationship. Moreover the ground floor entertainment areas open up generously to the adjoining open spaces, but the upper floor only views them and the top terrace instead provides the open space for the family use.

The ground floor mostly consists of entertainment area for the formal guests. The family and family guests will be accommodated on the first floor and the top terrace.
