Tucked away in a calm and quiet cul-de-sac in E7,this was an old structure, with worn out services and design. Our client required it to be drastically refurbished. Even in the structure some major alterations were required necessitating innovative and modern engineering solutions.

This refurbishment effort meticulously reshaped every aspect of the house. The client’s love of fine detailing and decoration led to rigorous design of the interior spaces. 80% of the exterior walls and roofs are retained while the renovation transforms the house into a new modern dwelling. Rooms are relocated to claim views of the outdoors in multiple directions

The interior palette consists of pales and earthy tones. A sense of opulence is created with Burma teak doors and detailing everywhere, and with in all this decor, the lighting fixtures take a center stage due to their brilliance of design and materials
