This house is built on two adjacent lots in such a way that two independent houses could be built in future if need be, with out disturbing the present phase of construction. Lot 1 occupies the corner and is one of the highest points in all of DHAI Phase II, affording extreme privacy, seclusion and a large green area for the house built on Lot 2.

The house is planned for a family of six, which entertains family and friends quiet extensively. It has extended living rooms for family entertainment and generous, but secluded living areas for formal guests.

Due to difficult topography and week soil conditions, massive retaining walls had to be built all around the two lots. This entailed extra cost and time. All finishing materials are procured locally. The cost of construction is estimated at PKR 3000 per sft, primarily due to excessive cost of structure.
