This house is located on a main road, and was created for a family that entertains a lot and throughout the year. The ground and basement has been totally reserved for entertaining guests.
The interior spaces are organized along a stone wall that cuts through the entire house on all three floors. On ground floor it segregates the public areas from the family entertainment areas. In the basement, it segregates the guests seating areas from the guest bedrooms. There is a lush green sunken lawn at the back, and the basement opens on to this lawn, creating well lit and well ventilated spaces.
The top floor is created as a compact family living area, with its own small kitchen, laundry, three bedrooms, a TV lounge and its own terrace for outdoor seating. |
