F8 (2).... ISLAMABAD This large site was surrounded by poorly constructed houses on all sides. There was actually nowhere to look. But thanks to the large lot size we were able to create views within the site, for all the living spaces. Hence an introverted house plan where outdoors was consciously stretched inwards wherever needed. The main floor public spaces are inviting with natural light, views and generous floor plans to inhabit and entertain. The master wing is on the first floor and has its own terrace, living areas, and other facilities. All other bedrooms and amenities, such as the media room, games area etc, have unique relationships with the site and provide space for large gatherings. The rear lawn is sunken and has a pool which becomes extremely private due to its depth bellow road level |
