This provides both residence and office space for Montage Design build. Originally this house was built in 1969, but over the years a lot of additions have been made to cater to the varying needs of the family.

This house has been designed with some great passive energy efficient measures. The walls are all 13.5” thick, windows sizes have been optimized and their placement well thought out.  Moreover the trees have been thoughtfully planted so that they create rich shade during summers and in winters allow sun in to the living spaces. Moreover its south side is entirely blocked by the house next doors. These measures have made it one of the most comfortable houses to live in.

It houses the Studio space for Montage Design build, housing for the family, a small gallery space for Accents, and large green areas all around the built up areas.
