Located at the hem of Margalla hills the site affords lush green views on all sides. Hence the builtup area inside the plot was maximized and large windows were created to bring in views from all directions.

Another major design parameter was to create flexible spaces since the property was to be rented. Hence open plan was incorporated and column beam earthquake resistant structure was made

All local materials were used and a traditional ambiance was created in the interior spaces.
